What facilities will be provided by caregivers at home?
Our caregivers will look after patient or nursing care functions pertaining to Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) like bathing, sponging, diaper change, assistance with meals (feeding), washroom assistance, vital parameter monitoring, oral medicine management, RT feeding, to name a few. However they do not provide services like giving injections or changing catheters.
What is the quality of caregivers provided by Jyeshtha Care?
We perform thorough background checks and police verification. Regular training is conducted by Jyeshtha care and our staff is deployed only after they undergo thorough training.
Will the caregiver help in household chores?
Our caregivers are concerned only with the activities mentioned above and will not help in cooking or washing clothes &/or utensils, floor cleaning or mopping.
Do I need a doctors recommendation for your caregiver service?
You don’t need your doctors recommendation for our caregiver service
Can we select a particular caregiver?
No. Jyeshtha care assures you that only trained caregivers will be provided as per the requirement.
What if we do not like the caregiver or do you provide replacement in emergency?
We assure our service continuity and will replace the caregiver based on availability as soon as possible.
What payment options do I have?
We have a monthly advance payment policy. Payment can be made in the company name via online transfer or cheque or cash. Online payment is preferable.
Am I supposed to pay anything extra to the caregiver?
No. It is expected that for 12 hours shift, one meal is provided and for 24 hours shift, 3 meals are provided to the caregiver. Generally conveyance fee is included in the charges. In case of any change, our team will let you know at the time of booking.
If we discontinue the services before the stipulated period, will the amount paid in advance be refunded?
Yes. We need a minimum notice period of 7 to 10 days. The amount refunded will be based on the number of days the service is used plus 5 days’ notice period.
